Hello. We are sorry for any confusion. Within the "big and tall" category we list all of our tall-specific items as well as all of our items that go up to "big" sizes. We generally consider anything 2XL/3XL and up as a "big man's" size. And tall just relates to the tall-specific items, of course.
A regular 2XL will fit the same as a tall 2XL in every way except the tall version will be longer in the inseam and rise (for shorts) and torso and sleeve (for tops).
