(5/22/20) Hello. This item is not tall-specific, but I believe the sleeves are a little longer than our jersey sleeves. Unfortunately we're closed for the moment during the COVID-19 pandemic so I apologize that I cannot provide a specific measurement for you (we're trying to work from home at the moment as best as we can and I just don't have access to the inventory like I normally would). We are out of 3XL at the moment, but we do have a few 4XL and 5XL available and this item really does fit very snug (it is a compression fit, after all). We plan to restock these this summer, however.
