Hello. These are designed to fit well on standard road saddles, but they certainly stretch...a lot. I just tried to "test stretch" one to the dimensions that you listed and it seems to come close everywhere so it may work for you. But it can be tough to tell until you try it on your saddle and see how stretching it more in one area affects the amount that it can stretch in another.
