Hello. Everyone is proportioned differently, as you know, and we do our best to meet the needs of riders of all shapes. Some tall riders are tall in the inseam...some are tall in the torso...and some are tall in both areas. If you order the Tall Medium and find that they aren't long enough then please just drop us a line at cyclewear@aerotechdesigns.com and we'd be more than happy to set you up with a prepaid return label to return or exchange them.
