(6/18/20) Hello. Thank you for your interest in our cyclewear and we apologize for the inconvenience. Last week we reopened our production line here in our Pittsburgh manufacturing office for the first time since mid-March and we are very much looking forward to getting caught up a bit. With the COVID-19 pandemic we have been closed for a few months and during this time our inventory has dwindled severely since we have not been allowed to be in the office to keep up with production. We have unfortunately missed out on what is annually our best two-month stretch (April-May) that carries us through the cold, slow winter season. Unlike most of our competitors who outsource their apparel from China and overseas, we actually rely on our local production for the overwhelming majority of our products and with this shutdown we have really suffered to keep items in stock, as you have seen.
However, we are very excited to get back to work and we should have a much more extensive selection of all items available ASAP now that we are cleared to safely return to work. Have you signed up for the email notification on the out-of-stock item(s) that you are interested in? That is the best way to keep tabs on things until we are back to “normal” here.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding and I am sorry about the checkout issues. I am not sure what could have caused that but we can always take orders by phone as well.
