Hello. This item is discontinued and is only in stock in Small. I just wanted to make sure that that part was clear first so that there aren't any surprises once you figure out your size.
When it comes to the rest of our product line, we provide sizes for our men's shorts by waist measurement in inches. To convert to cm, please multiply the inches listed by 2.54. For example, a 36 inch waist would come to about 91.44 cm. And the waist measurements are taken at your "natural" waist around your hip pointers, just below your navel (and this size may vary a bit from your size in jeans, for example).
