"Perfect for cycling in bad weather?" How are you defining "bad weather" relative to this garment? It is windproof.
Bad weather I would think of as wind and rain for a period of time longer than an hour. C6 DWR is a water repellent that might last an hour in light rain before the garment wets out causing the weave to plug an no longer vent body moisture to escape.
