Hello. Both styles feature the same dimensions of the padded area (175mm wide at the widest sit bone area, 245mm from the back edge of the sit bone area to the front/nose of the pad) but the men's version has extra length at the front of the pad for the modesty panel. The thin edge around the padded areas extends an extra 35mm further than the women's version.
