Hello. Most riders who are 6'2" or so and above tend to go with tall-specific sizing in bibs but everyone is proportioned differently so that's not always the only way to tell. Some riders are tall in the inseam but not the torso, or vice versa.
All else being equal, at your height I would assume that the tall-specific sizing would be more appropriate to try first because you'll have extra room in both the torso and the rise/inseam, but if that doesn't fit we can always help with exchanges and returns too.
