Hello. The Tall Medium (32-34 waist) inseam measures about 30 3/4 inches when just laying flat on a table. The actual inseam when stretched and worn is usually in the range about 34 inches, depending on your body type. The Regular Medium is closer to about 32 inches, again, depending on your body type and how much the fabric stretches as you put it on.
