Hello. This style of replacement pad is designed to be sewn into your shorts/tights/capris/etc. But our Removable Pad has silicone grippers on the back to help keep it in place inside your snug-fitting bottoms instead. This way, the Removable Pad can be used in different shorts, depending on the day.
