Hello. Most of our tall customers are in the 6'2" and above range, but everyone is proportioned differently, of course. You may have a longer than average torso and a regular inseam, for example. In that case, you may be more comfortable with tall-specific jerseys and regular shorts/bottoms.
But if you don't typically buy tall-specific shirts then you'll probably be best with the regular fit. The tall sizes fit the same through the chest and midsection, but they're just about 3 inches longer in torso length when compared to the regular sizes.
