Hello. Unfortunately the only way to get shorter sleeves would be to go with a regular size (not tall) but then the torso length would be a little shorter too (by about 3 inches).
The fit for the regular and tall versions are the same through the torso and body, but the tall version is just longer in the torso and sleeve length.
