Women's Specific AeroReflective Waterproof and Windproof Cycling Rain Coat with Zip-Off Sleeves and Hood

Ordering a 4 XL, but have had a problem in the past that my hips are larger than my bust, so it may fit in the bust but is too small in the hips. Do you have a measurement for the hips?

Hello. Here are some measurements for sizes 2X - 4X taken when the jacket is laying flat on a table:
