Hello. We always include a product-specific size chart with each listing that should be true to form. Compared to most of our competitors, we have more of an "American fit" so if your true waist is a 34 (which may vary slightly from your "jeans size," for example) then you should start with a Medium and we can always help with an exchange, if needed.
