Hello. We always recommend following the product-specific size chart in each listing that is setup by actual waist size (which may vary slightly from your "jeans size," for example). Medium is designed for 32-34 and Large is 36-38. If I had to guess at your body type measurements based on your height/weight alone I would guess Medium but your actual waist size will dial things in best. And since everyone is proportioned a bit differently we can always help with exchanges or returns as well.
