What is on the bottom of the short in the inside? Is there elastic/gel there to stop it from sliding up

Is there something on the bottom inside to keep it from sliding up?

Hello. The nylon/spandex fabric is folded over at the leg opening and hemmed; there is no leg gripper material at that spot.
