Hello. We include a product-specific size chart in each listing that is based on your actual waist size (measured around your natural waist, just below your navel) and this may differ from your "jeans size," for example:
But as long as you follow the size chart above you should be all set. If you happen to fall in between sizes, most riders tend to go with the larger size so that you're not wearing something too tight or restrictive. But everyone's body type and preference on fit can vary a bit so that may be a bit different for each rider.
This item is available in regular sizes too, but the inseam would probably be too short for you if you're looking for a 35.
