Hello. Basically, as long as the item is still in its original condition you can return or exchange it, but our full return policy can be found here: Returns & Exchanges.
With shipping, we generally ship orders the following business day after they are placed and you can choose your shipping method at checkout. We ship each order from our production facility in Pittsburgh, PA.
