Hello. Most of the replacement pads are designed to be sewn into your shorts/tights/capris to replace the existing pad. If you're looking for a short term or temporary solution, maybe our Removable Pad could work for you.
This style has silicone grippers on the back to help keep it in place better but it would still need to be worn with snug-fitting compression shorts or bottoms so that it doesn't move or shift as you ride. It works grea for just short trips or commutes but if you're planning to use it during more longer term rides you would be better off with a traditional pair of cycling shorts with the chamois pad sewn in place.
