Hello. This pad is the only one that is designed to be removed while all of the others need to be sewn into place to be most effective. It's up to you as far as what will work best for your application, but generally this Removable Chamois is best for short trips, commuting, etc. rather than long rides because it isn't sewn in. The silicone gripper material certainly helps when this pad is used in tandem with snug-fitting compression shorts but if you are planning on longer rides than a sewn-in chamois would probably be the best place to start.
