Hello. Are you referring to our Premiere Modern Bib Shorts? If so, the main differences are that the Elite style has a hidden rear pocket and a few color choices, whereas the Premiere Modern style has a printed design on the side panel, one color/design choice and no pocket. The chamois is the same in both as well as the fabric and the fit.
