(8/10/21) Hello. We will be restocking the out-of-stock sizes in the future, yes. This item just happens to be one of the very few items that we do not manufacture locally so we are only able to restock them 1-2 times per year. If you select your size/color (even if they're grayed out) you will be prompted to sign up for an email notification as soon as they are back in stock. That way you don't have to keep checking the website for availability.
Additionally, our USA MTB Shorts (though note the different size chart) are a similar option (though the liner short is not removable) and we make a lot of baggy shells too that can be worn over padded liner shorts like our Summit Shorts, Multi-Sport Shorts and Urban Pedal Pushers.
