Hello. Everyone is proportioned a little differently, of course. But if you're truly in between sizes a lot of riders go with the larger size so that you're not wearing something too small/restrictive. Or, some people will order one of each size so that they can compare fit and then return the one that doesn't fit for a refund or exchange.
