Hello. The Removable Pad is a great temporary solution for shorter rides, commuting, etc. where you want to add padding to a current pair of compression shorts or bottoms. But if you're planning on riding more consistently or frequently, then perhaps a dedicated pair of cycling shorts or liner shorts would be more beneficial.
