Hello. We always include a product-specific size chart in each listing that should be true to form. Most of our products are made right here in our Pittsburgh office and we generally use more of an "American fit" for most of our products instead of a tighter Euro or Asian fit. With a 29-inch waist you're probably be in a size Small in most items.
