Hello. All of our replacement pads are really designed to be sewn in place, with the one exception being our Removable Pad. If pads like the All Day aren't sewn in then they may shift around a bit as you ride, even in snug-fitting compression bottoms. The Removable Pad is a shorter term solution (commutes, weekend trail rides, etc.) but it does have silicone gripper material on the back to help keep it in place a little better. But you still want to wear it with snug-fitting compression bottoms all the same.
