Hello. Our tall-specific bottoms are longer in both inseam and rise (and the bibs also have longer torso straps as well, of course). For the Stretch Fleece Tights, the rise measurement from the top of the crotch to the top of the waistband in a Tall Medium 11.5 inches in the front and 14.25 inches in the back. Both measurements were taken with the tights just laying flat on a table, not stretched or worn on a mannequin or anything.
