Hello. This jacket is a midweight option so it's not packable in a jersey pocket or anything. A pannier or other type of external bag would be the best approach here (which is what I do).
It is a great option for those cold, windy, rainy days when you'll be wearing the jacket a lot but if you start to heat up you can vent at the sleeves or with the front zipper too.
