Hello. The Tall X-Large size would be your best place to start. That gets you the 38-40 waist and 36-38 inseam. If it doesn't work out or isn't fitting right when you try it on, just get in touch with us at 1-800-783-8326 or cyclewear@aerotechdesigns.com and we can sort out the exchange or return for you (just make sure they're still in their original condition).
