Hello. I am sorry for any confusion, but this item is 100% manufactured in our Pittsburgh, PA office here in the US. That answer from 9/23/19 references a different product that is imported because that customer had concerns about SPF protection ratings. We were just pointing out a different item with SPF ratings and it happened to be an imported item.
