Hello. We always recommend ordering according to the product-specific size chart in the listing, which is set up by chest measurement (circumference around the fullest part of your chest, usually slightly below your armpits).
Generally speaking, this is a more casual fit, compared to a tight/race fit, and often corresponds to your usual t-shirt size. But we always recommend following the size chart in the listing.
