Hello.
1. Currently these are available in just regular sizes but we hope to add tall to a future production run. This item is brand new and we just wanted to give them a full evaluation before expanding to tall sizes.
2. The Gel Touring chamois is a little thinner (by about 3mm when measured at the sit bones) but it probably gets a slight edge in the density category. Though both are great, very supportive options.
