Hello. Laying flat on a table, the Medium size leg opening measures 15 inches in circumference with no stretching applied to the fabric. Probably a safe range would equate to about 18-20 inches in circumference maybe. But this can be a little tough to approximate as every body type will fit into and stretch the material a bit differently.
