As far as measurements go, the body and sleeve length measurements vary by size so please get in touch with us at 1-800-783-8326 or cyclewear@aerotechdesigns.com and we'd be happy to get some specific dimensions for you. But to give you an idea, Regular Small measures 30.5 inches in the back (from base of collar to bottom hem) and the sleeve length from middle of the neck to the end of the cuff is 36.5 inches. Regular 5XL, by comparison, is 36 inches down the back and the sleeves are 46 inches. Tall Medium is 33 inches down the back with 42 inch sleeves. Tall 4XL is about 38 inches down the back with 46 inch sleeves.
