Hello. They are generally designed for adults but to give you an idea, they measure about 21.5 inches in circumference when just laying flat on a table, not stretched out at all. The comfortable range of head size probably goes up to about 24 or 25 inches or so. I have about a 23 inch head size and wear this comfortably. There is no adjustable strap or Velcro like our Windproof Headband has. So that style may be worth considering too.
