What size Eclipse Sun Protection Jersey should I get?

What size Eclipse Sun Protection Jersey should I get?

I normally wear a women’s size large or a men’s size medium jersey. My chest circumference at the widest point is 36.5 inches. I prefer my bike jerseys to be comfortable rather than snug but I also don’t like them flapping in the breeze. Thanks!
