Hello. They're both very lightweight, wicking and breathable. As far as differences go, the Delta T-Shirt uses a high end Polartec fabric that really aids in cooling as well. The pocket design/placement is a bit different on each as well (1 rear zipper pocket on the Performance Tee versus 2 side/rear zipper pockets on the Delta).
