Hello. The rear measures 29.5" for Tall Medium and 30" for Tall Large from the base of the collar down to the bottom hem. The collar is about an inch so if you want to add that to the measurement that may help. But since collar height may vary from one manufacturer to another, the base of the collar to the bottom hem measurement should be easy to compare.
