Hello. Everyone's temperature tolerance is a little different, of course, but this jersey is designed for cold weather, yes. In the spring and fall it works great with vests/jackets/windbreakers when needed and it serves as a great layer in the winter when you're wearing a jacket with it too. It has a nice brushed fleece inner lining for thermal warmth.
