(9/16/22) Hello. It's a bit complicated, yes, since we all have different tolerances and are used to different climates. Plus, it is a vest so you'll be wearing long sleeve layers under it in most cases and the type(s) of layers under the vest adds another variable.
It's a brand new item so we're still gathering feedback and our own experience, but with normal layering and climate conditions you should be able to stay comfortable into the high 40s at least. It is a very insulated vest and quite warm.
