(11/7/22) Hello. I do not believe we plan to restock these so I'm sorry that we don't currently have Medium for you. However, if you order a Small and it is too small for you then just get in touch with us at 1-800-783-8326 or cyclewear@aerotechdesigns.com and we'd be happy to provide a prepaid return label for you to send it back for an exchange or refund, whatever you prefer.
