Hello. The chamois is the same and the fleece feeling inside is similar but these tights have a windproof fabric in front so they're a little warmer in that respect. This style doesn't have pockets, but it does have reflective trim and ankle zippers too. The waistband is elastic here instead of a drawstring like on the All Day Tights.
