Can this item be worn under my chin so that it covers my ears and neck and stays up by extending up back of head?

I don’t need to cover my mouth, nose and forehead, just my ears and neck. I’ve compared this item to the Aero Tech Cold Weather Multitube - Neck and Head Cover. In fact, the sixth picture of that item is exactly how I want to wear this item. Unfortunately, but that item is not as well reviewed as this item. Can this item be worn under my chin so that it covers my ears and neck and stays up by extending up the back of my head?
