Hello. 2XL measures 24.5 inches across at the armpits and 3XL is 26 inches across. But I don't think we have any plans to add a full-length zipper right now (sorry!).
When it comes to washing the jersey, we recommend cold water, mild detergent and a gentle cycle. Then just let them air dry in a well ventilated area. Our full info about this can be found here: Product Care.
