Hello. The material is Nylon/Spandex so it is bike short material, essentially. The 4XL measures 40 inches circumference at the bust and 46 inches at the bottom hem; 5XL is 43 inches at the bust and 49 inches at the bottom hem. Those measurements were taken with the tops just laying flat, not stretched out at all.
