Hello. Currently our tall-specific sizes are just in Black, yes, with the exception of a few sizes left in Navy in our Tall Classic Shorts. We are a bit limited in warehouse space and capacity on the sewing floor. We have a lot of tall-specific shorts to choose from but currently they are available in Black (which is what seems to be preferred 80+% of the time in regular and tall sizing anyways...).
