Hello. Unfortunately this jacket is only available in regular sizes so none of the lengths will really match a tall-specific fit. But, to give you an idea, the sleeve length (middle of neck to end of cuff) for a Small is 36 inches and a 5XL is 43.5 inches.
But check out our tall sizes of the similar Packable Windbreaker and USA Windbreaker, which are both available in regular and tall sizes.
