Hello. Currently we just make up to 4XL but we have considered expanding the size range in the past. I would be happy to pass this along to our design team here to hopefully implement.

Since we manufacture these ourselves we can usually be pretty flexible with helping you get what you need. We've even sewn this pad into other shorts with larger size runs before so just get in touch with us and we'd be happy to help in any way that we can.
