Hello. I am not sure if we have plans to extend the sizing at this time but please get in touch with us at 1-800-783-8326 or cyclewear@aerotechdesigns.com. We can help you with specific measurements to see if this will fit or we do make a men's version too that has a more extended size range and perhaps one of those sizes could fit just a bit better.
